研究方向
本实验室主要关注于细胞应激和稳态调控相关研究,目前主要集中于三大研究方向:1)细胞对线粒体损伤的应激机制;2)细胞对营养物质匮乏的应激机制;3)DNA 6mA甲基化的调控机制及其生理病理意义。实验室综合利用秀丽线虫、哺乳动物细胞、小鼠、病人样本等多模式从事相关研究。研究成果将会为癌症、代谢疾病和衰老相关疾病的治疗提供新的理论基础。
