Presentation types T
Authors should choose from Oral or Poster presentation. The final decision will be made by the Forum Committee. The presentation must be your original research and written in English.
Oral presentation: Both abstract and poster are required to be submitted. Each speaker will have 20 min (15-17 min for presentation, 3-5 min for questions and answers).
Poster presentation: Both abstract and poster are required to be submitted. The poster should be in PDF or EPS file. The standard size of the poster is 0.9m (Width)×1.2m(Height) with definition of 300ppi.
The abstract template is also available for downloading online. The submission deadline is Mar. 15, 2019.
The abstract must be in a MSWord file(refer to abstract template), between 500-1000 words, including title, authors, affiliations, and acknowledgements.
Please indicate your "Abstract/Poster submission": Abstract/Poster--Number of a parallel session--University of the 1st author--Name of the 1st author. (An example, “Abstract/Poster -1-Peking University-San Zhang”)
The number of parallel sessions are:
1 Biology and medicine
2 Nanoscale science and technology
3 Big data and artificial intelligence
Confirmation & Reviewing process
A confirmation for submission will be sent via email on Mar. 30, 2019. If you cannot receive a confirmation email more than 3 days, please contact: AAIS-FAIS@pku.edu.cn.
Time arrangement of oral presentation and ID number of your poster will be e-mailed to you before Apr. 9, 2019.
One “Best Poster”, One “Best Oral Presentation”, and several “Excellent Poster” will be awarded to the best presenters of each parallel session.
