研究方向

细胞增殖时DNA代表的遗传信息被忠实复制分配到子代细胞,同时染色质结构承载的表观遗传信息通过DNA复制偶联的核小体组装系统将组蛋白分配给子代DNA。此过程调节生命个体的正常发育,其紊乱与癌症、神经退行性病变等人类疾病密切相关。本实验室以酵母和哺乳动物细胞为模式,从DNA复制偶联的核小体组装入手,致力于探索染色质复制与表观遗传信息传递的分子机制,围绕解析染色质复制的机制,研究染色质复制在表观遗传信息传递中的作用,探讨表观遗传信息,基因组稳定性和细胞命运决定之间的关系。

研究方向主要包括:

1、DNA复制偶联的核小体组装机制;

2、表观遗传信息在子代细胞的分配机制;

3、染色质复制维持基因组稳定性的机制。
