研究方向:陈匡时老师致力于活细胞RNA、DNA以及蛋白质原位可视化技术的开发及生物学应用。2013年4月加入北京大学以来已建立了可实时监测单一RNA与单基因位点动态行为的单分子RNA/DNA活细胞原位可视化技术(fluorescence in vivo hybridization, FIVH)平台发现了microRNA能够与HIV-1和MLV病毒的结构蛋白Gag互作并干扰影响病毒颗粒的组装,通过超分辨率荧光显微镜解析了病毒组装过程中HIV-1病毒蛋白Gag与病毒RNA以及宿主细胞蛋白质的互作模式。
