Anaconda3:安装,指定源,北极星源,指定路径安装,加速
一,安装:
1、下载(北极星集群):
lustre1在各个分区都有挂载,可以在这个分区上安装软件,创建自己软件的安装目录,比如您叫高贵贵,导师是高规,那么就在lustre1上创建一个gaog文件夹
cd ~
mkdir lustre1/gaogg ###这一步出错,请联系下管理员。或者直接指定绝对路径: mkdir -p /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/apps/ 下同
mkdir lustre1/gaogg/apps/
mkdir lustre1/gaogg/apps/tar
mkdir lustre1/gaogg/apps/source
cd lustre1/gaog/apps/tar
或者:主账号
mkdir /lustre1/${USER}/apps
mkdir /lustre1/${USER}/tar
mkdir /lustre1/${USER}/source
cd /lustre1/${USER}/tar
或者子账号
mkdir /lustre1/`group`/${USER}/apps
mkdir /lustre1/`group`/${USER}/tar
mkdir /lustre1/`group`/${USER}/source
cd /lustre1/`group`/${USER}/tar
教学集群没有子账号,将/lustre1变为/gpfs1:
mkdir /gpfs1/${USER}/apps
mkdir /gpfs1/${USER}/tar
mkdir /gpfs1/${USER}/source
cd /gpfs1/${USER}/tar
下面相同,看是什么账号
wget https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/Anaconda3-2022.05-Linux-x86_64.sh
2、安装:
1) 默认安装 sh Anaconda3-2022.05-Linux-x86_64.sh
切记:在多用户或者多个conda环境下,不要选择yes
我们最好养成一个好习惯,用source或者module去使用不同软件,尽量不写入bashrc里。比如这个教程,如果是写入bashrc里使用起来不方便,有时候会混乱。(参考编译程序六)
安装完后
cp /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/apps/Anaconda3/bin/activate /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/source/Anaconda3.sh
启用:
source /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/source/Anaconda3.sh
2) 自定义安装(推荐)
sh Anaconda3-2022.05-Linux-x86_64.sh -b -p /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/apps/Anaconda3
安装完后
cp /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/apps/Anaconda3/bin/activate /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/source/Anaconda3.sh
启用:
source /lustre1/gaog/gaogg/source/Anaconda3.sh
3)教学集群安装:
sh Anaconda3-2022.05-Linux-x86_64.sh -b -p /gpfs1/${USER}/apps/Anaconda3
cp /gpfs1/${USER}/apps/Anaconda3/bin/activate /gpfs1/${USER}/source/Anaconda3.sh
3、指定源
1)清华源:

rm -rf ~/.condarc

查看配置信息

恢复默认源

4、windows下设置北极星源

conda config --add channels http://162.105.160.16:808/yum/pku/pkgs/cloud/bioconda/
